Planned Unit Development, which requires that each building site have
a designated townhome plan that can be built on the site. On
this website you will find information that provides floor plans and
locations for the (6) six different units included in this
development. (Please refer to the plat map above which provides
you with the unit type and location).
M & W Development Co. is the developer of this subdivision, and
even though we do not build homes, we are committed to making this
